30-Day Return Period We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Excise Tag The excise tag on the product must remain untouched for the return to be valid. Defective Units We accept returns for defective units.
