Online Warranty and Return Policy

At Vapor Shoppe, we stand behind the quality of our products. For our valued customers who have made their purchases either through our online vape shop we offer a comprehensive 30-day replacement warranty on hardware. This warranty specifically covers:

  • Issues related to device charging
  • Internal battery malfunctions
  • Problems with chips and LCD displays
  • Auto firing or other device firing irregularities

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. It's important to note that this warranty applies exclusively to the issues listed above. If you encounter any of these problems within 30 days of your purchase, please reach out to us for support and assistance.

  • 30-Day Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

  • Excise Tag: The excise tag on the product must remain untouched for the return to be valid.

  • Defective Units: We accept returns for defective units. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that you keep a record of your return shipment until you receive confirmation of your refund.

  • Disposable Devices: Vapor Shoppe provides a 48-hour DOA warranty for disposable devices. If your device doesn't work upon first use, return it within this period for a free replacement. It must be returned in the original packaging with the tax stamp. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Vapor Shoppe for replacements. No returns will be processed without the original packaging and tax stamp.

  • Prefilled Pods: Our 48-hour return policy for prefilled pods applies if they are unused and found to be leaking. They must be returned in the original packaging with the tax stamp. Customers bear the shipping costs for returns. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.

  • STLTH Products: Please note that Vapor Shoppe does not handle warranty issues for STLTH products. For STLTH-related concerns, contact STLTH directly at STLTH Contact.

  • E-Liquid: All e-liquid purchases at Vapor Shoppe are final. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims. Variations in e-liquid consistency or taste may be due to steeping, exposure to heat or sunlight, or changes in device settings.

  • Tanks, Coils, and Pods: We offer a limited DOA warranty for atomizer tanks, coils, and pods. If these items fail to operate on their first use, we will provide a replacement. Returns must include all original packaging and components. Shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Discontinued/Clearance Products: Discontinued and clearance items are final sale, except in cases of DOA. If a discontinued or clearance item is DOA, Vapor Shoppe will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs, upon the item's return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Warranty Exclusions: Please be aware that our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage resulting from the use of non-Vapor Shoppe products or supplies, accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external causes. Additionally, the warranty is void if damage is caused by services performed by anyone other than Vapor Shoppe authorized personnel.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50. The free shipping offer is subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel it for items we find unreasonable to ship for free.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. These fees must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Adult Signature Fee: An adult signature fee of $3 will be applied to all orders, including those that qualify for free shipping.

  • Daily Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed daily to ensure fast delivery.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Place your order before 4 pm, and it will most likely be shipped the same day. We manage to ship 99% of such orders on the same day.

  • Exceptions and Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not economical to ship for free, such as extremely heavy or awkwardly sized items. In such cases, we will offer you the option to pay for shipping.

  • Package Pickup and Age Verification: Due to age verification requirements, packages will only be released to the individual named in the shipping details. The carrier will not hand over the package to anyone else. Ensure that you have valid identification to confirm your age at the time of pickup.

Restocking Fee for Undelivered Packages

  • Fee Details: We charge a restocking fee of up to 90% of the original purchase price for all packages that are returned undelivered.
    • The exact percentage of the restocking fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the return, such as the reason for non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed packages, or refusal of delivery).
    • The determined restocking fee will be deducted from any refund owed to the customer.
  • We encourage our customers to provide accurate shipping information and to make necessary arrangements for receiving their packages to avoid these additional charges.

What IS covered by our warranty?

  • LED Screen Issues
  • Charging Port Issues
  • Battery Issues (Turning Off When Firing, etc.)
  • Unit Auto Firing
  • Chip Malfunctions

    What IS NOT covered by our warranty?

    • E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
    • Failure or damage due to improper use or unauthorized repair.
    • Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse.
    • Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
    • Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
    • Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty.
    • Loss or damage due to missing components.
    • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush).
    • Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
    • Rattling or sticky buttons.
    • Modifying a product in any way, automatically voids the warranty.
    • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
    • Items outside of our warranty period.
    • Clearance items are final sale.
    • Products purchased during a BOGO 50% Sale as these are considered clearance items.

    Clearance Items:

    • All clearance items are considered final sale and are not covered by the warranty.

    Receipt Requirement:

    • Customers must present the original purchase receipt to receive warranty services. Without a receipt, service for the returned or warrantied item will be based on the lowest recorded sale price.


    We offer a 60-day limited warranty from the date of purchase (receipt required) on. This warranty covers hardware failures due to a manufacturing defect. Issues must be replicated in-store, either by visual confirmation or thorough testing. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

    Warranty does not apply to
    • (i) cosmetic damage;
    • (ii) damage caused by use with products other than those purchased from the Vapor Shoppe;
    • (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause;
    • (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of the Vapor Shoppe;
    • (v) products that have been modified to alter functionality or capability or that have been used with materials deemed inappropriate by law at the discretion of the Vapor Shoppe staff;
    • (vi) damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.

    Disposables, Atomizer Tanks, & Coils

    Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of disposable e-cigarettes, atomizer tanks, atomizer coils, cartomizers, and pods, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty (i.e., if they do not work out of the box). You may be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all originally-included components for confirmation and for testing the unit to verify root causes.

    Batteries & Chargers

    The Vapor Shoppe's warranty policy only covers defects that arise through a normal use of the product and does not cover other issues that are a result of

    • (i) improper maintenance or modification;
    • (ii) use with parts or supplies not provided or supported by the Vapor Shoppe; (iii) operation outside the product's specifications;
    • (iv) physical abuse, unauthorized modification, or misuse;
    • (v) electrical short circuits due to not keeping the thread connectors on atomizers, cartomizers, chargers, and battery clean and dry;
    • (vi) battery failure due to leaking of liquid into the connection; or
    • (vii) any battery where basic cleaning and sanitation standards have not been maintained—batteries must be clean in order for our staff to handle and test the device to verify a defect.

    Herbal Vaporizers

    E-liquids are not covered under any warranty due to their consumable nature. While we can guarantee that our e-liquid formulas do not change, if you find that your e-juice tastes different from a previous batch, it may be caused by some known reasons:

    • (i) E-liquid may need more steeping if the manufacturing date falls close to current date. Please shake the bottle well and leave in dark area for a few days.
    • (ii) E-liquid left in direct heat or sunlight may affect the taste of the liquid, especially if it contains nicotine.
    • (iii) Changing tank, atomizer, or device types run at different resistances, and this can create a difference in the flavor of the e-liquid. Check the suggested power range for your atomizer's resistance and set it at the lower end of that range for best flavour.
    • (iv) A survey of 500 customers has shown that the taste of e-juice, as well as of some food items, was altered after stopping smoking. This can be explained by restoration of taste buds.
