No, your points do not expire.
Is the online loyalty program separate from the in-store program?
Currently, our online and in-store loyalty programs operate independently. We are diligently working to integrate these systems to allow for a unified account use both online and in-store.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and must remain with the account holder.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return an item, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted based on the subtotal of the return.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Exclusions on Earning Points: Points are not awarded for purchases of discounted or clearance items. However, this exclusion does not apply to bonus offers. You will still earn bonus points for purchasing specific quantities and items eligible for bonus rewards.
Combining Discounts: You cannot stack the same discount on a single purchase, but different discounts can be combined on eligible items.
Disposable Bonus Points: To earn the 100-point bonus for disposables, all items must be from the same brand line, not merely the same overarching brand. This ensures you get rewarded for loyalty to specific product lines.
Pods Bonus Points: A 100-point bonus is available when you purchase any 5 eligible pods. Make sure the pods you select are part of the qualifying items to enjoy this reward.
Juice Bonus Points: Buying any 3 eligible juices qualifies you for a 100-point bonus. Eligibility depends on the specific juices included in the offer, so choose accordingly.
Exclusions: Vuse pods are not eligible for any bonus offers. Please note this exception when selecting products for purchase to qualify for bonuses.
