At this time, TEREA and IQOS products are no longer available for shipment outside of Ontario. Effective immediately, these products are available for in-store purchase only at participating Ontario locations.
This decision was made to ensure continued compliance with current regulations, shipping limitations, and responsible retail practices surrounding heated tobacco products in Canada.
What Has Changed
The following changes are now in effect:
- TEREA products are no longer available for online shipping outside of Ontario
- IQOS devices and related products are no longer available for online shipping outside of Ontario
- These products can only be purchased in-store within Ontario
- Online checkout for affected regions has been disabled where applicable
Customers located in Ontario may still purchase these products in-store, subject to availability at each location.
In-Store Purchases Only
TEREA sticks, IQOS devices, and compatible accessories remain available at select Ontario retail locations. Store inventory may vary depending on product demand and availability.

This policy is currently in effect until further notice. At this time, future updates or changes to online shipping availability for TEREA and IQOS products are unlikely.
